These terms apply to your use of https://faststudio.ai. This is a draft for the private preview and will be replaced by full terms before paid generation launches.
Use of the service
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use the service. You are responsible for any content you submit and for how you use generated output.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to create or submit content that:
- uses a real person’s likeness without their consent;
- infringes copyrights, trademarks, logos, characters or music you do not have rights to;
- is sexually explicit, depicts minors in any harmful way, or promotes violence or hate;
- is deceptive, such as impersonation or misleading synthetic media;
- is otherwise illegal.
Third-party model providers may also block certain prompts. We may refuse, remove or limit content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Generated content
AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing it before publishing. Commercial usage terms for generated output will be stated here before launch.
Availability and changes
The service is provided “as is” during the preview. We may change or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
